@ Haven’t posted specifics yet. Hopefully, we’ll have more info by next week.
Thank you very much!
@ Thanks! Just sent Skype request. Will aim for Jan 9!! Where can I find the fundamentals workshops?
@ Thank you!! Good luck on your test result:)
Very interested. But I just started the curriculum.
Thank you so much, @. How about the desk space? Was it a big/small room?
@ Have you decided yet? I found a few positive reviews on College of Alameda, but nothing on the other two. Please let me know if you heard anything. Thanks!
Hey, I just started my 7Sage curriculum. I've read many positive reviews on the LSAT Trainer online. I'm considering combining the two together while I'm studying the fundamentals (before taking PTs). Can anyone give me some advice on that? Or any general opinions about the Trainer?
Thank you!
@ It's kinda my own fault too. I never asked about the extension price before I started the course. It's almost as expensive as TM's Full Online Course, which is $900+.
@.hopkins I know, haha. But I actually went to a law school info session and a few current law students at my school recommended us TM. That's why I didn't even do any research on other prep courses and just went with it.
@ Thank you so much for sharing! I was wondering if anyone else who went through the same thing before could give me some advice! Can you tell me if the books provided by TM are helpful to you now? I'm almost done with Volume Two. I know the last two books are all supplement questions. I'm thinking if I should at least go over Volume Three and watch all the videos provided. I feel bad if I wasted all the money without learning much from it:'( I think I might be able to find a way to combine all the real test questions in TM books with JY's videos. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Thank you all!! I'm in:) Will start the 7sage curriculum once my TM account expires in two weeks. Cant wait!

Just started binge-watching The Good Wife.
Me too!! Almost done!! Free with Amazon Prime:)
Hi guys, I'm new here.
Someone might ask the same question before, but I'm wondering if any of you have used/are using both Velocity and 7Sage? I'm currently using TestMaster's Full Online Course. My TM account only gave me about two months of access of its online materials. I'm a full-time student and when my account first expired, I only finished 30% of the lessons. I had to spend another $700 on an extension, which only gave me two more months!! My TM account is about to expire again in two weeks.
So now I'm looking for a prep course that can supplement my study when I start doing PTs. I've watched some videos from both Velocity and 7Sage and both seem great to me. I plan to take the test in June 2016 and I have to start early because of my other school obligations. I would really appreciate it if you guys can give me some detailed comparisons between the two, specifically the 7Sage Ultimate+ and the Velocity Online Course!! I'm aiming for 170+. Any other test prep suggestions are welcome too.
Thanks!!
Here's the link to the lesson:

Other people expressed the same confusion in the comments too.
Thanks again.
I'm studying the curriculum and found the negation of "all" a little confusing.
I understand that the logical opposite of "some" is just "none."
But isn't "not all" the negation of "all"?
In other words, does "some... not..." mean the same thing as "not all"?
Thank you very much!
@ Please tag me in the finalized schedule too. Thanks!
@ Thank you for being so responsive. Would you recommend me to read the LG bible from PowerScore too? So far I've only used 7Sage and real PTs to learn and practice LG.
Your physical conditions matter a great deal too. Make sure you get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise. I've never tried it personally, but some people on this forum are recommending regular meditation too.
I'm almost done with the curriculum (skipped many problems sets on purpose). I have pretty good accuracy and speed with LR. But I have trouble with LG. I can always make all the right inferences, but it takes me way too much time to complete the entire game. This is quite consistent with my first diagnostic test (75% right on LR and only 40% on LG). I want to improve my LG with the Fool Proof method before I start PTing. I bought almost all PTs. Many people on the 7Sage forum mentioned that PTs have changed quite a bit over the years. I'm wondering if I should start with PT1 or a more recent PT to specifically focus on improving my LG? Thank you guys very much!!
@ I literally forced myself to study until I fell asleep on my desk.
@ One thing that might help you is to take a nap whenever you feel too tired to study during the day. I'm a graduate student. When I'm done with my other obligations for the day (normally around 3pm to 6pm), I don't just jump right into my LSAT prep. I would go home, eat, and take a nap (for 20 mins to 90 mins, depends on how much work I have to do on that day). If I really cannot resist it, I might spend an hour or so on Netflix or Youtube. I will then start my prep and give it my 100%. I'm more efficient that way. Two hours of complete focus is much better than six hours of phoning it in.
I would also advise against watching TVs or playing games after taking a nap. After a short nap, I usually feel fully charged. So don't waste your fresh mind on some brainless shows or games (I don't really play video games. But I'm assuming they are brainless, that's why your brain is forcing you to choose video games instead of much more challenging Logic Games so that it can take a prolonged break:).
But don't beat yourself up if you just don't feel like study at all. In fact, when that happens, just take the whole day off. If you schedule allows it, take the whole week. Hang out with your friends and families, or maybe dogs and cats depends on your social circle:).
A Dose of Harsh Reality:
However, if even after a long break, you still have no motivation or energy to study for the test. You should reevaluate your attitude and ask yourself how much you really want to succeed on the LSAT. Because it's REALLY JUST a standardized test!!! Your potential law degree, your future career as a lawyer or any other professions you choose to pursue after law school are bound to be much more difficult than this. So if you cannot even handle the challenge and the stress of the test, please do yourself a huge favor and quit now.
I might share too much, but I mean well:). The last part is really for myself or whoever needs it. Looking forward to reading about your future days.
For B, would it be a correct answer choice if we negate it?
Subtle! A little too hard for No.13 IMO.
Have been mulling over it for the better part of the past hour:
Plant manager:
P1. new equipment expensive to buy and install
P2. new process costs more to run (because of the reheating)
Conclusion: adopting the new process will cost much but bring no profit
Supervisor:
P: new equipment is extremely fuel-efficient
Conclusion: agree with PM's overall conclusion, but disagree with one point
Since the supervisor states the new equipment is extremely fuel-efficient, he is undermining PM's second premise (P2). P1 is about the priciness of buying and installing the new equipment, not really related to fuel efficiency (may be related to the equipment's overall efficiency though).
I chose D at first.
I thought PM agrees that the new process is more fuel-efficient by stating it will reduce the amount of sulfur dioxide emission. I am still not sure if we can assume sulfur dioxide reduction means fuel efficiency, but it doesn't really matter for this question.
Because there is definitely no comparison in the supervisor's argument.

I believe we all struggle from time to time, but what counts the most is if we have the strength to persevere. You've made great progress so far. Please don't give up! If it makes you feel any better, my first cold diagnostic was 162. But after a month of prep, I scored a 152 for my second PT. Hope this makes you laugh and stop doubting yourself:)
Thank you! I'm in for all Fundamentals Workshops. Will wait till I'm done with the curriculum to join the BR group.
Thank you all!
