Am I wrong to consider a PAI disagree question as one that seeks the conclusion of one author and the contradicting conclusion of the other author?

If we are making either idea necessary or sufficient once we negate it, what is the difference between Group 3 and Group 4, and how will this be translated onto the LSAT?
