@calliekoskovich I just wanted to point out that the conclusion is not that we can know the food is ordinary because the location is convenient because that is the assumption the author is making. The conclusion is that the discrepancy is not surprising (Traintrack being more popular despite having relatively lower quality food to Marva's Diner).

@HamedShahabi We know that bacteria is a necessary condition for infection but we are also told that being physically run down is another necessary condition. When there is multiple necessary conditions there will be an implicit AND because the necessary conditions are not mutually exclusive.
