I have a question. I understand the notion that people who previously did not like Mayor Walker disliked him before the accusation and that explains why his performance rating did not change. However, my question is don't you have to make the assumption then that for the remaining people, the people who consider Mayor Walker as good/excellent, that the accusation had zero impact on his performance rating? Is that what the last sentence is implying?

Doesn't this carry the assumption that the people that do support X political candidate will continue to support him in SPITE of him being accused?

Building on this, I believe answer choice C is baiting you into believing that you need to be cognizant of who is giving you the criticism to be able to react to it accordingly and this is not the case. It can be the case that you don't know who is giving you the criticism but perhaps the possibility exists that computers are just bad at giving criticism as opposed to humans. AND if this possibility exists, then AC C is not a necessary assumption to this argument.

Although E is correct in that the argument DOES fail to consider this point, it does not acknowledge the main flaw of the argument. You have to remember we are doing argument analysis here. E could be changed to "it fails to consider that juries are selected randomly" While this is descriptively true, it side steps the issue of unreasonable assumptions.

You are right in that the PAI is precisely that. However, Ruth does not deny the fact that if you actually were a teen in the 60s that you can also write well. She just states that people who do not fit into this category can also write well. Once you accept this, you can easily eliminate ACs B & D for this reason alone.

I was in a similar boat. I started to drill from PT 1-PT18 (old format) since those PTs aren't included in the new PTs. One can argue that it is not the best option since they are older tests, but the questions are still testing the same set of skills.

Now I know what the star wars fanatics felt like throughout the whole curriculum with the "All Jedi Use Force," example lol.
