Tip that has worked for me: tie the concepts together. 15 cents becomes laboratory, 10 cents becomes normal classroom. Read the conclusion of the answer and then match it to the stimulus

@bmo562 I was just in a live class where they explained this (I had the same feelings). If you are working within LSAT time constraints of each question, BR is so you can take as much time as you need and see if you get the same answer. If you are taking as much time as you need right now, BR is not needed!
What clicked here was "the decreasing voter turnout is thus ENTIRELY due to a growing conviction that politicians cannot solve the most important problems". A shows this vulnerability by showing that the argument only accounts for this issue in voter turnout
