He says in the video don't get too caught up in the details as long as you can get the main subject and verb. As long as you can identify the main point of the sentence among all the modifiers thats the most important part.

I hate how when you get it right it still says recommended for blind review. It makes me second guess my correct answer which is causing me to over-think. I don't get the point of BR.

Ugh I chose B after thinking for like 10 mins and then right as I submitted it got flagged and then it clicked for me and i got the blind review correct instantly.
