Chose my gut answer bc I was running out of time, but when I blind reveiwed it I was convinced it was wrong and chose another answer. It was not wrong :|
I got it right, but A didn't make sense until after I reread everything for the 5th time on the BR.
I liked C until I read D because
"People who reduce their consumption of red meat tend to consume as much of other foods that are high in fat as do those who have not reduced their consumption of red meat."
The as do made me look at C as saying people who cut out red meat eat the same amount of fatty food as people who didn't cut out red meat. Which does nothing to explain why people who did cut it out consume more fat. Whereas D explains why they do consume more fat. I also learned the test makers sometimes put really attractive answers right before the correct answer.
I changed from E to B at the last second, just to realize during the blind review that E was in fact correct :|
The way I understood this was (25% material --> /funded) and took the contrapositive of (funded --> /25% material)
(idky but it keeps cutting out half of what I wrote)
Got this wrong because I thought this was still a MSS question, and not MC.
"DO NOT MISREAD" Got this correct on the blind review because I read it as sincere the first time and not insincere crying emoji
Same :(
