i understood what the incorrect assumption was but i improperly applied it to the answer choices. now I know a is wrong because even if individuals buying cars are increasingly part of larger wage-earning households, the question still specifies its talking about individual incomes. so even if your wife is helping you buy a car, the MONEY SPENT is greater proportional to YOUR income.
I totally agree with your logic here, I chose b and I thought e was wrong because the author isn't skeptical they flat out disagree with it
like others have said jy's explanation for why b is wrong is off and I chose b so I do understand why d is a stronger answer but im not sure why b is so wrong
I wondered the same but then I realized it doesn't change the meaning of the stimulus, as all auto mechanics are mechanics anyway
E is wrong because the essayist specifically intends for the freedom to associate to extend to everybody not just those who for whom the freedom to associate will make their life more enjoyable
A is just a worse answer than C; the essayist's emphasis is not on people's personal freedoms overall but on their freedom to live an enjoyable life
am I going crazy or would increased habitat be switched for the other side of the arrow in both cases?
was anybody else slightly thrown off by the author's statement that the penalty would likely have little effect on the company's behavior? I ended up choosing D because I realized that the rest of the stimulus was most relevant to the answer choice, but I read that statement as a conclusion because it seemed like the author was making a prediction they may later try to justify.
omg yeah I thought it just wasn't loading
I chose E for question 10 because I believed the existence/role of the Council of Basel in the disciplinary process was indicative of how it was developed..
