Why would B not be seen as at least a sub conclusion, seeing that it is a claim that "it will deteriorate beyond repair" and is supported by the first sentence?

How do we know that its a conclusion and not a hypothesis since its trying to explain something?

What does "but not otherwise" mean?

Will the conclusion always be the necessary part of sufficient/necessary and the sufficient part will be the premises? #help
