I chose D because "a crop" is vague, they could be talking about corn or wheat. How do I know they are talking about sunflowers. Additionally, how would I deduce that if "a" large crop were grown there again, that it would benefit the country's farmers and general economy, I can't take the case of sunflowers and extend it to other crops.
I don't know Kalotopia's agricultural history to make that assumption. What if "a crop" like that was one of the other largest production crops and if it would produce the exact opposite results.
