Study Groups

Hello everyone,

I am currently studying for the August 2021 LSAT, but find myself sometimes lacking motivation. I am looking for anyone that would like to make a study group to either go over problems, PTs, or just to provide each other with some motivation and support. I could make a GroupMe since I'm not really familiar with discord, but I would be willing to learn/try that out as well. I have tried to join other study groups on the discussion thread, but have had no luck. Let me know if you would be interested in joining a study group together!

Hi, I have been consistently scoring in the mid 150s, and very slowly increasing my score. My initial PT was a 140, I am sitting for the LSAT this August. I am looking for a tutor or a motivated, small study group in an attempt to break into the 160s for the august exam. Do you think this goal is realistic, I am open to all suggestions and advice.

Hope everyone is well,

At the moment I am working full time and am looking for someone to study with for the August LSAT. I'm on EST and am available from 6:30 PM to 9:30PM almost everyday (and on Sunday the full day). If anyone is interested please feel free to reach out.

Looking for study buddies in DC/NOVA! I work full time so it's been hard to get back into the studying groove. I studied last summer/fall, took the Nov 2020 LSAT Flex, and was very disappointed with my score. I still have a long way to go but would love to connect and get together!

Dear members of the best metroplex in the US,

It's your boy lsat_sus. I'm happily swimming in the sea of the 160's and I'm tryna set up an in-person study group with folks in the DFW area. All I ask is that you've been through the CC at least one-time (it'll help ourselves help ourselves). Folks out in Garland, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Carrollton, Denton - y'know what I mean? Let's do this fam? UT Austin literally calling our names rn.

Hey everyone, I'm taking the August 2021 LSAT and looking for a study buddy to review PTs and individual sections with. I currently work full-time so most of my studying during the week is early in the morning (around 7 a.m. ET) or in the evenings (after 6 p.m. ET) However, on Sundays and Mondays, I do PTs and study upwards of 6 hours.

Anyone in the D.C. area interested in creating some kind of study group for these next few weeks?

So I am taking the June LSAT but also expect to take as many as I have to in order to reach my goal. Diagnostic was a 154. I have been studying for a total of 10 months and I am current scoring low to mid 160s, lowest being a 161 and highest 167. My goal score is a 167-169 but a 170+ wouldn't hurt. I study 4-6 days a week for 4-6 hours. My worst section is RC and my best is LG. In RC I mainly missed them because I usually don't have enough time to properly read the last passage. And for LG I usually run out of time before I get to answer the last 2 question.

RC- Avg. -7 (Low:-2)

LR- Avg. -5 (Low: -4)

LG- Avg. -4 (Low:0)

Let me know if interested... Will be DMing

Hello!

My name is Soph and I just started 7sage to study for my LSATs this fall. I took a diagnostic through Khan Academy and scored in the mid 150s. I have so far completed the modules MC and MSS questions and now am completing the Logic and Advanced Logic courses.

What I struggle with is sometimes having lots of self-doubt and panicking during the LSAT (which is slightly mitigated during the Blind Review, but not completely).

I was hoping to see if someone is willing to maybe help my case "pro bono".

My schedule is that I typically study from 12pm to 7pm (EST) every day and would hope to use Discord as a means of communication.

Cheers everyone,

Soph

Hey! I'm an R&R from last cycle looking to make a higher score on August than I did last year. My PTs are in the low/mid 160s maxing out into 170s (i have a lot of inconsistency issues). I'm looking for some chill people to hop on discord or zoom with and just go over sections together up until the August exam. I did this last year and found some great people to study with so I'm hoping for a repeat of that! A little bit about myself - I just graduated from undergrad (am 21), and I'm currently essentially studying full time. Because of this my schedule is super open so I'm down to study late nights, early mornings, whatever works. My LG is the only thing I have "mastered" so I expect to mostly try covering RC/LR sections, though I'd be glad to run thru some LG every now and then!

Hi all,

Looking for people to study with that are taking the LSAT closer towards the end of the year or beginning of 2022. Working through the core curriculum and I think it would be helpful to have an acocuntability partner/someone to bounce ideas off of. Please let me know if you are interested :)

Hey everyone, I'm taking the LSAT scheduled for 2 weeks from now and with classes being over I'm looking to really dedicate a lot of time to studying for the exam. In the past few weeks i've been PT'ing in the mid 160's, (with an outlier score of 174), and I'm looking to squeeze out any additional advantage i can get in the upcoming days and figure a study group could help. Please let me know if you're interested and I'll add you to the discord server i've created!

Hey everyone I appreciate all the interest and I'm really excited to have some people to study with over the next few days. I've attached the Discord below, now that schools out I'm pretty much free all day to study and am willing to acquiesce to any of the groups scheduling conflicts.

I am in need of a study buddy. I am having an issue with Logic Games. I can do the level ones to level four in the tree ordering section. I can also do level one in the In Out section. The rest, I am having issues with. If some one can please help me out, I would be grateful. The rest of the test I'm fine with, it's the logic games that stump me.

Hi all!

I scored a 168 on the January 2021 flex and after being waitlisted at almost all of the T14 schools I have decided to R&R. I am looking for 3-4 highly motivated individuals to meet weekly via Zoom in preparation for the August administration. My current PT scores range between 172-180. My goal is to break 174 in August. If you are interested, please direct message me the following and I will be in touch:

  • Email
  • What are the scores of your latest 5 PTs? (including the PT#)
  • When are you generally available to meet? (including time zone)
  • Which PTs are you planning on taking before August?
  • Thank you and I look forward to connecting with you!

    Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening!

Hope all is well and you are enjoying your day. I am currently looking for a BR/accountability partner who is willing to use zoom or any of the other video chat apps a few times a week. Right I am now scoring around a 153 on the LSAT and and hoping for a 5-7 point swing within the next two weeks. Please contact me if you are interested. I am really looking forward to getting started on this!

    Sincerely,

    Bruce
