Anybody out here in NJ studying for either February or June 2018? Shoot me a message, I'd love to meet.

Hi 7sagers!
I'm based in Manhattan, and I'm interested in starting a study group that meets in person for the upcoming June 2018 LSAT. I'm currently registered to take the February 2018 LSAT, but I may postpone.
I'm using materials mostly from 7Sage as well as the LSAT Trainer and Manhattan LSAT Prep.
Please contact me if you are interested, and I'll reply as soon as I can.
Hi!
I'm based in Manhattan, and I'm interested in starting a study group for the upcoming February 2018 LSAT starting this week. I would like a group of people who already have a grasp of the fundamentals, but anyone is welcome.
I'm using materials mostly from 7Sage as well as the LSAT Trainer. I welcome supplemental materials, if you'd think it would enhance our LSAT prep.
Please contact me if you are interested, and I'll reply as soon as I can.
Any study groups in the Chicago area or anyone interested in starting a study group? Send me a message if interested. Thanks!
Time to get pumped up December testers!

Whatever you need, you're not alone. Your fellow testers are right there with you, and there's also many of us who've gone before and come out the other side (such as special guest @"Jonathan Wang" !). So whatever you're dealing with in these final days before the test, come hang out with us. We understand the build up to test day and can commiserate--maybe even help!

Hey 7Sagers, I'm leading BR calls for PT 82 (September 2017 LSAT).
I'm holding 6 sessions total. 2 for each of LR 1, LR 2, and RC. Each session will focus on only one section of PT 82.
All sessions will start at 6:30p ET and end at 8:30p.
Multiple sessions are meant to accomodate people's various schedules and to reduce class size per session.
What happens in these sessions?
I'll ask students to state which questions were circled for BR. We'll work through the questions the group nominates. I generally try to ask students questions to elicit the right response. Please wear headphones and try to be in a quiet place.
How should I prepare?
Take PT 82 and have the questions you'd like to BR ready. The first thing I'll ask everyone is which questions they'd like to BR.

Hi there!
I am looking to connect and possibly to meet up with other individuals in and around Milwaukee, WI who are planning to take the LSAT anytime in 2018 for mutual help, support and encouragement.
Thanks!
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a study group in the manhattan area or online to help me improve my score for feb. A little bit about myself I took the LSAT in September and got a 144, I am aiming for a 155 or above. If anyone is willing to team up with me to tackle this test you are welcome. I'm looking for people who scored at or above me, however I welcome everyone since we are all in this together and we all started at one place or another.
Hi, I am looking for a study buddy that would like to talk overall strategy and daily insights working on the core curriculum.
I am not completely new to the lsats, I have done a complete package of Power score and Blueprint (for 3 months) but my first official lsat take was a fiasco. Thanks to some digging on Reddit, I found 7Sage and his holiness, J.Y, and am turning over a new leaf. Instead of focusing on getting to the PT stage asap (which, I have previously done and miserably failed) or just trying to memorize mechanical skills, I am really trying to change the way I think with the materials in CC. So I am taking my time absorbing the lessons, taking notes, and intensively BRing with the drill sets. Recently, I found myself coming up with different methods and ways of thinking that I would love to share with a buddy and would love to have someone that could keep me accountable.
If you could use an insistent and eager study buddy for your CC journey, PM me!
FYI: I am currently finishing up the Intro to Reading Comprehension section, am in the EST zone and is open to meeting online.
Hey Everyone,
Our first meeting will be on Sep 30, 3 PM EDT. We will be going over PT 74. I am giving myself and everyone who took the September LSAT at least a weekend off, if they would like. So we will not be meeting this coming Saturday, September 23.
I am posting the link below to the meeting. The requirement for this meeting is to take PT 74 timed - no exceptions. If you have done this PT before, I recommend taking it again as a repeat. Please do not look at the answers or grade the PT before hand. Looking at answers before hand undermines the blind review process both for you and everybody else. I have noticed I learn the most when I have to blind review a PT with someone without knowing what the correct answer is. Also, try to take the PT as close as possible to the meeting date. That way you can remember exactly what you were thinking under time when you took this PT.
Here is the link to the meeting. Just click the link at the specified date and time and I will see you there.

Hi, I just moved to LA (WeHo) from NYC. I am looking for LSAT study partners. My goal is to take the test on November 2018.
Hey everyone,
October is halfway over and we only have a month and a half left before our December test! So lets keep working hard and lets get our dream score. (3(/p)
This week we will be going over PT 70. Both session will be taking place on the weekend at 7 pm (eastern time). I was finally able to get that time slot open. :)
We will be doing the same thing as last time. Please do the test timed and bring a blank, unmarked copy to the review session. We will be going over the questions. For Reading comprehension, please arrive on time. Once the session starts, unless we do two passages, there is literally no way to stop and review everything if you arrive late. :(
Also, not a lot of people showed up to the RC session and that's okay. If there is not a lot of interest in RC again this time, I will no longer do these session. So if you are interested, please do show up.
I am posting below the link to the meeting. I'll see you all there! (3(/p)

Studying all day, everyday at this point. Been using Kaplan, Blueprint and 7Sage methods. Anyone in LA area?
Fourth call info:
Take PT 64 and BR on your own before the call.
Submit 2-5 questions you want to review here: https://goo.gl/forms/TAUZcRjEKRrHlpOC3
Note: We will try to limit the calls to under 2 hours. We will review LR questions first and only review RC if we have time.
We will not be reviewing LG.
This step is important: Come prepared to speak through how you approached the question you submitted. If more than one of us had trouble on the same question, we can each have an opportunity to speak through our thought process/which choices we were stuck between. The rest of the group then discusses.
Sign up for Discord and add side braid#1597. It is helpful if you comment on this post if you plan on joining so I can send the link to our server and additional info to your inbox.
My goal for this study group is for everyone to both contribute and benefit from each other's success. I want to help you get to that next level and I'm asking for your help to get me there as well.

Hi I am studying for the Dec test and wondering if there's anyone wants to study and discuss questions together. We can meet in a library or the meeting room in my building. My location is close to Bloor&Yonge. Lets study together!
Hello, I am new to 7 sage and have a general question. Are there any LSAT formatted questions included within the course work of 7 Sage. Or is the only way you practice those type of questions is on your own through resources, LSAT question bank?
Hey Everyone,
Thanks for coming. It really was great seeing you all and I hope it was helpful.
The next session will be on October 7th, 3 PM EDT. We will be going over PT 78.
Everyone who is gearing up for either the December or February LSAT is welcome to join.
The requirement for this meeting is to take PT 78 timed - no exceptions.
In addition, please come to the meeting with a clean copy of the two LR sections from the test and a list of the questions you had circled for blind review and that you would like to go over in that meeting.

Well, another test has come around, and for many of us, that means it's time for all of this hard earned knowledge and ability to get put to use. We've dedicated months if not years of our lives to this test and to the opportunities it can lead to. Just remember that your LSAT score won't be earned on Saturday. It was earned in the curriculum and in the problem sets. It was earned in the dozens of PT's and BR's and study groups. It was earned on that one question you thought you'd never understand but that you refused to let go until you mastered it, and it was earned on endless LG fool-proofing. Saturday is not when all this happens, it's simply when it ends.

Hi guys,
I would love to organize a "proctored PT" in the DC area. We can choose a location, day and time, and take a PT together. Everyone can bring their own PT so we don't have to worry about choosing one that is new for everyone.
I am taking the test at American University of Law. They usually have some open classrooms. We could do it there! Or at a library in DC.
Let me know who is up for this! I am thinking maybe this Tuesday but the day and time is flexible !
I know this has been asked before, but the list of tutors approved by 7sage is almost two years old. Is there an updated list or tutors from that list that are still active and have space for a student?

Hello 7Sagers!
We are launching new study groups, and also making a few adjustments in order to make these an even better resource. With lots of new workshops happening, it seemed like study groups could be tweaked in order to provide a more distinct experience. So instead of open sessions—which really is not how study groups work at all—we will coordinate groups openly on the forums to allow groups to bring members in, and then close groups once a core membership has been established. We hope this promotes a larger number of groups which will be smaller, more intimate, and better able to develop unique dynamics and close working relationships. So keep an eye out for the new groups forming soon, and many more to come!
