Hello everyone!

My name is Ken. My friends and I host an LSAT study meeting at Gangnam every Sunday. We do not charge to attend this meeting but ask that each participant only pays for his or her usage of the meeting room at the study cafe. If anyone else wants to join, please read the conditions below and send me a message to my inbox! (:

  • This LSAT study meeting takes place from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm every Sunday at the Gangnam station Exit 9 Wing Study Cafe.
  • The language of the study meeting is English and English only. Any constituent speaking Korean will be asked to speak in English. We will accept a mixture of English and Korean (Konglish).
  • We do not make a profit hosting this LSAT study meeting other than asking each constituent to pay for his or her usage of the meeting room at the study cafe. The fee for using this meeting room is 6,000 KRW per person (1,900 KRW per hour for each person x 3 hours = 5,700 KRW rounded up to 6,000 KRW). This fee must be paid for in advance as soon as the constituent confirms in writing that he or she will attend the upcoming study meeting. The cause for paying the fee in advance as soon as possible is because we have to reserve the meeting room at the study cafe according to the number of constituents attending the meeting.
  • The refund will be issued only if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the start time of the study meeting. For example, a constituent has to cancel at latest by 2:00 pm on Friday to receive the refund.
  • The method of payment is KakaoPay and KakaoPay only. The method of refund is KakaoPay and KakaoPay only.
  • Any constituent using profanity or exhibiting an aggressive behavior will be permanently removed from the study meeting.
  • Thanks!

    Hello,

My name is Ken Kim. We are a group of Koreans and Korean-Americans planning to take the LSAT either this October or in a couple of years. We have members scoring from 160-175 either on the official test or practice tests. Some of us are committed full-time to the test while some of us are working at a company, law firm, etc. We meet on the following date at the Gangnam station Exit 9 Wing Study Cafe.

    2:00 pm-5:00 pm, Sunday

We meet and do problem sets from the 7Sage Core Curriculum. We match our answers and discuss why each one of us have chosen an answer we chose. The fee for joining the study is free other than paying for the studying cafe fee which is 1,900 KRW per person for each hour (5,700 KRW total).

We have about 4-5 regular members joining every consecutive weekend. As for a new member, we accept a non-refundable fee of 5,700 KRW for the first meeting. After that, if the member cancels, we do give a refund for that cancellation. We do not make any profit out of doing this, and the sole purpose of this study meeting is to do LSAT questions and freely exchange ideas about the LSAT, law school admission, and any other matters related to the law school journey.

If you are interested, please send me a message to my inbox. I will direct you further. Thanks!

Looking for at most four people to study with who will make a commitment to meet at least once or twice a week. I think the best way (open to suggestions) we would do it would be to go through practice test questions together, possibly blind review? We can do this by utilizing discord, a free software.

My goal is to hit 160+, but I do not mind if your goal is lower or higher. What I really care about is having a team that shows up and makes a serious commitment because I think there is value in discussing problems with one another, seeing different perspectives, and keeping each other accountable.

    Please PM me if interested.

HI ya'll I was wondering if anyone is from the LA area or from the SFV area and is interested in organizing an in person study group. I noticed there are alot of people forming groups and I would be interested in studying with other individuals. I plan to take the LSAT in the Summer! Please let me know if any of you might be interested.

    Hello,

I work full time Mon-Fri and planning on taking the August 2024 LSAT. I typically study 3-4hours on a weekly basis. This would be my third time taking the exam and have decided to take a different studying approach. Would love to connect with folks in NY for weekend study sessions who would also benefit from these study sessions.

Thank you and good luck to you all!

Hi, I'm registered for October 2022 LSAT and am looking for a study buddy.

I'm hoping to do a weekly meet-up session in downtown area starting next week (4 sessions before the test).

I'm looking for someone with opposite strengths from me so that the session could be helpful for both sides.

Please let me know if you are:

  • someone averaging 167+ on PT (analytics based on five recent PTs)
  • someone who's good at RC and preferably know why they're good at it
  • not entirely necessary, but willing to discuss materials from PTs 85+
  • In return I can provide:

  • logical game tips (scoring -0~-1)
  • not a master of logical reasoning, but can discuss helpful methods to get to -2~-3 range (started out as -8)
  • Happy studying everybody!

I recently took a PT untimed and got a 170. I am looking to meet anyone living in Seoul to meet and talk about the LSAT and maybe deal with whatever we can. I know how to approach and study for the test now but we can maybe meet and talk about what we can do to improve. I think essentially it is productive to meet offline and talk about this. We can meet at Wing Study Café at Exit 9 of Gangnam station. They charge 1,900 KRW per hour for each person. In other words, if we meet for three hours, the cost would be 5,700 KRW per person. I can also tutor for free if anyone is just starting and want to learn the basics of the LSAT. If we meet for a tutoring, we would divide the cost of using the study café 1/n. In other words, no need to pay me anything other than the fee for using the study café for yourself. Please send me an inbox. Thanks!

Hi! Are you at the begining of your lsat journey or its finally STARTING to make sense for you (emphasize on starting)? If yes, consider becoming my study buddy or study group!! I live in CT (and would be happy to study in-person near Milford. I'd also be okay virtual meets.)

I'm looking for a study buddy or to form a small study group (4-5 people max). I'd like someone to study with, discuss and work through questions, and keep each other accountable. I'm available weekends and usually evenings weekday.

Comment if interested and we'll get started.
