I'm trying to print out a practice test to review on a train when I don't have internet. I go to the practice test area, hit "printable" and nothing happens. I do not have a lawhub subscription, is that why? My lawhub and 7sage are linked. I'm just trying to find a way to study without internet.

Hello,
I am registered to take the test in September. However, I don’t feel ready for it. I’ve been studying since mid-May with 7Sage, My diagnostic test was 140 then 142. I took another one and scored 150. After finishing the 7Sage LR curriculum I took another one and scored 156 and last week I took another and scored 148. I attribute this 148 to the fact I was not practicing all types of questions, so I forgot some stuff. All these months I’ve been only absorbing concepts and trying to understand some questions, but not really practicing. I started to take practice sections since last week, and I’ve improved a lot. Now that I know the concepts, I want to start practicing and come back to resources if I need to. The thing is that I feel like I want to take ALL the tests and understand the problems properly before the official test, and I do not think I can do that before my official test in September. I know still have a month and a half to get way better, but should pressure myself like that or just extend it one more month? I also wanted to take it in September because of the admission process. I don’t want to apply too late.
Should I just study really hard before the test in September (take like 3 tests weekly) or just cancel and take it in October?
Also, English is my second language so I want to improve my RC way more. I also feel bad because I have seen so many people improving fast but I am not.
I want to score at least 170+
I am halfway between V1 curriculum, should I plan to switch to V2? Or finish V1 and supplement with V2 as needed?
Hey August test takers. I see the registration for location of the August LSAT starts on the 23rd. Any idea whether you all will be taking it at a testing center? I'm thinking this will help me focus- but can anyone offer me any insight on what the testing center will be like or how taking it in person was like?
I'll be applying to t20~low t14s + some Canadian schools next cycle.
I have an official score of 170, but it's a LOT lower than what I was hoping for.
Trying to cope and get my apps ready, but if there's any international applicants(NRA/ngpa) here with a similar score,
I would love to talk! Frankly overwhelmed atm..
Hi there! I am having a horrible time focusing during RC, especially when it is last out of the 4 sections,
Any pointers or courses dedicated to concentration?
I have been studying for a little over a month and finished the core curriculum as well as drilling. I saw improvement when I implemented blind reviews. I have taken my first practice test and I feel so upset after receiving a 150. The blind review raised me by one point. Is this a normal baseline? I was hoping for at least a 155, and then I can drill the next two months till October and raise it to the 160s. The school I want to get into has a median of 165 but now I feel disheartened about my chances of getting in. Any advice or tips? I have lots of time but am running out of study material so I'm planning on getting a tutor.
I have a issue that when I take my pt, I can only do three sections untimed. I have serious headache and feel vert burnt-out when taking pt. Is there anything I can do to increase my stamina in lsat? Please help me, I really have a bad issue with that.
I already linked my existing LawHub account to 7Sage. I have already taken 6 PTs and reallyyy do not want to manually input every answer again to see my analytics, and just want to link them up. I have lurked around the platform and the last answer to this question was like 4 years ago (and said to manually input all of them)so I was wondering if they made any updates to this. Thanks!
Anyone willing to create a study buddy group chat and possibly study together?
I feel like I'm getting burned by questions that don't use the exhaustive formal logic to solve them.
For example, PT 126 Section 3 Question 14 uses 'most' in a 'most strongly supported' context -- here, validity of invalid/valid argument forms involving 'most' are basically irrelevant, despite the fact that the curriculum exclusively focuses on 'most' in that context. The correct answer choice makes the stimulus more likely, but it doesn't prove validity.
This is a recurring problem across several PT's. For example, see PT 127, Section 2, Question 24. Just like before, pure formal translation and logic doesn't get you the answer. Additionally, see PT 127 Section 1 Question 25. Again, where simply doing 7sage's formal translations and logic doesn't get you the answer. PT 139 Section 1 Question 22 is another example where simply translating 'most' and looking for a 'lawgic' inference doesn't guarantee success. As an additional example, I would argue that in PT 120 Section 1 Question 24 trying to translate the 'most' 'lawgic' actually gets in your way than if you just focus on the other elements of the stimulus.
The curriculum doesn't even cover that there's sometimes a more easily understand application of the word 'most.' For example, PT 119 Section 3 Question 9 uses the phrase 'the most common response' to indicate 'the #1 response.' PT 138 Section 3 Question 4 also involves this verbiage; 'the most polluted cities' are used to indicate 'the top polluted cities.'
There are also questions that reference the word 'most' but in a very irrelevant kind of way (understanding 'most' has very little to do with the reasoning to get the answer right). For example, see PT 131 Section 3 Question 7. PT B Section 4 Question 18 involves the useage of the word 'most often,' and again, formal 7sage lawgic has no answer for how to deal with the application of 'most' in this kind of question..
There are also answer choices that involve your understanding of the application of 'most' with probabilities (and what they can and can't mean). For example, PT 133 Section 3 Question 21. Another example where you need to be confident in 'most''s limitations and strengths as a strengthener is evaluating answer choice D in PT 19 Section 2 Question 18.
PT 151 Section 2 Question 12 involves a very weak usage of the word 'most' to weaken a question.
TLDR: I feel like I don't have a grasp of the word 'most' when it is not used in a formal lawgic context on the LSAT. I find it hard to push out inferences for these questions, especially because the curriculum doesn't really teach 'most' outside of a 'lawgic' context. I added a TON of examples (from across 12 prep tests!) and there are many many more I didn't include. Any advice? Tips? Recommendations? Thoughts?
just looking to chat with some fellow ontario applicants for this upcoming cycle, both those who have and have not taken the test. I am planning to take in October!!
Looking for individuals interested in studying together and help a newbie like me prep for the LSAT. If interested LMK!
Hey! Can someone please explain what this answer choice means/give an example of when it would be correct?
I'm taking my LSAT around August 10th. When is a good time to finish up my studying?
I need an explanation for this question, please!
I just had a few questions regarding applications, the application cycle and when the best time to apply is. I am planning to take my first LSAT in August and also plan to take another one in October. The reasoning behind this is that if I don't like ny August score, I still have the opportunity to take another test and get the scores back before November. If I end up using my October score, is it too late in the application cycle to start applying on the first of November? Please let me know if my line of thinking makes sense and if I should make any changes. I am currently studying 2-3 hours daily for the past 2 months almost.
I want to start a LSAT study group for ppl writing their LSAT in Nov like me. We can create a whatsapp group and get together and study. I am aiming for 165+. If interested let me know and I will create a Whatsapp group.
Hello- if your taking the lsat in fall of 2024 , comment your GroupMe so we can get a group
I am not understanding JY’s (or any other online) explanation as to why the answer is A. I’m not understanding how he gets from “If important AND well written then published therefore If important then published.”
Is the idea that importance implies that it also well written?? Or is it that the “and” there is really functioning as an “or”? If it’s functioning as an “or”, why? Thanks in advance!
Admin note: edited title; please use the format of "PT#.S#.Q# - [first set of words]"
As the title says, I have already started old syllabus and something like 25-35% through it. Should I switch to the new one and go from the start or they are not that different and I am good with doing the old one and just skipping LG sections???
do I go straight into taking a PT? Or should I take a day in between to freshen up on LR? What did you guys do?
I am booked to take the LSAT in August, I have been studying since June already and am currently scoring around 150, though I feel I am making stupid mistakes and score better just doing sections rather then actual prep tests. Is there still time for me to bring my score up before the August LSAT? Also I have been a little confused on the blind review, any advice?
Is this something that we will know before August or after? By scale I mean how many questions you can get wrong to get X score.
So I've been noticing a lot of what I'm getting wrong are questions that are ranked 4-5 on difficulty, and some 3's. No surprise there, but I'm wondering if it would be effective to only drill using questions that are max difficulty? Might be a silly question idk. Any tips for studying when getting more of the difficult questions wrong?
