Hi - thank you! Quick question - Columbia had 5,877 applicants and only accepted 1,224. It seems that out of the 1,224 that were accepted only 391 actually matriculated. Is this right? Why such low numbers - I would think closer to the 1,224 would matriculate. Just curious if anyone has any thoughts.

I guess they all went to Yale and Harvard.

Wow... thanks. I would be so disappointed if I were Columbia! I mean, that's a whole lot of people that didn't choose a top school!

@LCMama2017 Yield rates are pretty low at most schools except for Yale.

It’s worth noting that these numbers are for the Class of 2019... Reddit is compiling numbers for the Class of 2020 as they’re published https://www.reddit.com/r/lawschooladmissions/comments/6u4ceb/class_of_2020_medians/
