Thank you email?

I visited a school today where my app is still pending. Met a director of adminssions. Would it be a bad idea to email her a thank you? Met her through the “info lecture” and asked some questions with her directly after.

I'll definitely encourage you to email a thank you note. It might get them to take a look at your file, you never know. For what it's worth, it won't hurt.

Yes, I would send a thank you note. Detail your meeting with her so she remembers you. If this is your first choice school def tell her that. I don't think how this hurts you at all. Good luck.
