Hello all! June is approaching fast and I keep thinking about taking mental breaks from the LSAT to refresh. I typically go on a run or hang out with some friends. However, when I do this, my next PT/Drill session is the worst! It's like I completely forgot about all of my lessons. I try to do some warm up problems before I take a PT but even then, I find myself re-watching CC videos. Any advice to take a mental break without forgetting things?

Mindfulness meditation is designed to handle this type of issue. After a short break, try making a pot of green tea or low-caf coffee. Let it cool off while you do about 10 minutes of mindful meditation. When you're done, take a sip of your beverage and get back to studying. Give it a try! It works wonders for me
