How much space is on the physical page during the real LSAT?

So if you print PTs from 7Sage, in the LG section, you have a giant margin at the bottom of at least one, usually both, pages to do all your scratch work. In the prep test books supplied by LSAC, there's hardly any room. Which one reflects how much space you get on the actual test?

Are the prep test books you are using from LSAC older ones? The current prep tests have large margins like the ones printed from 7sage. The amount of space depends on the newness of the test.

The PTs you print from 7Sage will reflect how much space you will actually have on test day. Sometime around 2012 they switched to giving you more space.

This is the correct answer. There is much more space now. All 7Sage preptests should be reflective of the amount of space you should receive on test day.

+1. Basically, they used to condense every LG to 1 page, and then LSAC switched to using 2 pages for each game. 7sage is awesome though, and formatted the older tests to provide the new modern space. So their tests are even better, if you're able to print them instead of using the old LSAC ones.

Helpful hint, I don't remember if it came from 7sage or somewhere else. Someone suggested that they always draw their master game board on the right page directly under the questions instead of the left page where the setup for the game is. It's really helpful because a majority of the questions will be on the right page, and makes it faster to look at your game board on the same page as the question instead of reading the question on the right and then going over to look at your game board on the left page.
