So glad someone else is having these issues. I thought it was my WiFi, but I'm not having problems with any other sites. ALL of my videos since the 21st are impossibly slow.
its every video , everything i try to open takes forever to load, then maybe the first 5 seconds load and then again it cuts off and takes another 5 minutes to load, this is just ridiculous as i have not been able to watch any videos in the last 2 days.

I checked and I'm able to play and buffer the videos quickly here in India, on both the html5 and Flash video players. I tried routing my connection through US East and US West in case it's a local thing, but it still works for me.
I'm looking through the server records, and contacted our service provider to see if they can help figure out what's going on.
In the meantime, any more information about the problem, such as the URLs for a few videos that are definitely going slow for you, would be a big help.

@kingofclubs323 I was just able to load and watch the entire video with no problems (running Chrome Version 41.0.2272.89 (64-bit) on Mac OSX Yosemite). No freezing, etc. My home internet is pretty robust—it might be a network issue.

I noticed one suspicious thing in the server logs, but that thing has been going on for at least 2 months, so there's a good chance it's not related to this problem. Still checking it out though.
If you or anyone else who's having problems with the videos could answer some questions to characterize the problem it would really help my investigation:
1. Are there (a) SOME videos that cause problems, or do (b) ALL videos cause problems? (a) If some, then please send some URLs that work, and some that don't work. That way I can inspect to look for differences. (b) If all, then please let me know if 720p YouTube videos are loading for you. (If YT videos don't work you, please try resetting your modem, router, and computer)
2. If there is a problem loading the video, does trying to load it again 30+min later work better?
3. Please let me know if you notice *any* trends in problematic videos. E.g. trends in time of day, type of video, explanations vs lessons, etc.

I've tried watching them again, and I can't reproduce the problem anymore. I'm not sure why that had happened and I'm pretty confident it wasn't my wireless network because I had actually contacted my service provider and got an A-okay on my connection speed. I also don't think it was because I was using my laptop because when I tried loading the video on my desktop the problem had persisted. The only plausible conclusion I can think of is that maybe I was just watching the video explanation when there happened to be high traffic on the 7Sage site? If a lot of users are watching videos at or around the same time, would that potentially slow down the buffering?
Anyway, I'm just relieved that the videos are now loading without issue. Thanks a lot for your troubleshooting!
Thanks, guys! Hopefully that was just temporary. I don't think we have nearly enough members for the site to be running slowly if many people are watching videos at the same time. Let me know if this happens again! (Link videos so we can test them out!)
Our video distribution provider found out that some parts of the Verizon FiOS network were having problems. Coincidentally, the problems started on April 21st. They contacted Verizon repeatedly to get them to fix it, but it took them a while. The videos should be going smoothly again as of yesterday!

I haven't enrolled in the full course as I'm a bit apprehensive since the pages, videos, and altogether site seems to move slowly it's a little strange that it takes a good almost 5 mintues for something to load. I don't think that's a reasonable amount of time especially when you're trying to watch/learn multiple aspects of the course. What exactly is going on?
