Sorry for the trouble.
I tried to reproduce the issue but I was not able to. The website appears to be working properly on my end. I am using a Mac with Google Chrome. See the GIF below:

Also, can you please let me know if there is a specific PrepTest or Problem Set that is not loading on your end? I want to get to the bottom of this and figure it out so that it's working on your side too!
