@"Lucas Carter" that's an interesting question. My property prof mentioned sufficient and necessity a lot today but other than that, not really. I think the LSAT teaches you certain skills like time-management which is helpful for law school exams. β¦
@emmorens I think a 160+ probably helps but there are people with a lower score that get in. Most people usually never talk about LSAT scores once in, it's kind of like a shared experience no one wants to talk about. But I know that Osgoode has a hoβ¦
@"Habeas Porpoise" yeah! I applied last cycle, my last lsat take was jan and it was definitely an adjustment period ππ but i promise there is a life outside of lsat and eventually you get used to not having everything revolve around it. Yes I'm stβ¦
General principle: all apples are delicious.
Example: unsurprisingly, the apple that martha ate was delicious.
Now the presupposes aspect is tricky because an assumption could be unstated or be something that one party assumes to be true.

Exactly what @tat2142 said. A lot of us had tried other prep stuff (Powerscore, trainer, blueprint) that didn't work or wasn't sufficient so we're biased for 7sage. If you ask people on powerscore forum, I'm sure you'll find tons of people who the sβ¦
Welcome!
I think if you have the money, ultimate is probably the better option (or even ultimate+). Reason being is that with ultimate+ you get access to all the questions ever released by LSAC. I went from starter to ultimate+ so I don't know muchβ¦
@Bamboosprout Yes, Y (I don't wanna get the spelling wrong) that is me! Your posts were super helpful to me, I still would like the subscription for daily motivation. I hope everything works out well for you!!

@SLP_futureJD it still hasn't sunk in yet, can't believe it's over!

Definitely do not break apart tests to just BR LR. There's no point in taking fresh PT's to 'test yourself' because it's a waste of material. If you're afraid of forgetting what you've learned while you finish up LG and RC in the core curriculum, thβ¦
This is all kinds of messed up. I can't believe people like this exist.
This reminds me of the bizarre, bizarre case of Dan Mallory that The New Yorker covered recently.
I read about this! It's ...astonishing the lengths people are able to go β¦
It's probably unlikely since the jump from 160s to 170s is a big hurdle to make in a month and a half. It takes people months or sometimes even a year to make that jump. Just to give you some context to ground your expectations. That being said, it β¦
I think you should engage with why it's valid or invalid during your review process, so that you have a thorough understanding of it. But during timed conditions, you don't necessarily need to understand why, just go through it robustly. Of course, β¦
Okay, so from the sounds of it, I don't think you are BR-ing effectively. With blind review, you need to do your own analysis of questions you were not 100% sure about before checking which ones you got wrong. An effective BR process comprises of maβ¦
