What were they thinking about administering a test with crazy hard LG while they are still figuring out the tablet situation? Wtf was with those games?
I’m hearing that tests were never administered because the tablets weren’t connecting to the LSAC network properly. This happened in Tampa at at least two test sites. Students waiting around until 3pm and then getting sent away.
So not only do we h…
You won’t be able to use the free retake for sept. So keep that in mind. The earliest you can use the free retake is October. I’m in a similar boat, and if I need to cancel and retake in October, the score gains I will make will surpass the 2ish mon…
I’ve done the Fox books, 7Sage, Khan Academy and Kim’s Trainer. I always recommend that people cut their teeth on Khan first, since it’s free. It saw a really good increase in scores with Khan, even after I’d been a year into my prep. It was surpris…
I would say for NA: Aunt Barbara was not convicted of a crime that carries minimum jail time as a sentence.
Strengthen would be something like: All people who get tattoos commit robbery and get caught, and robbery is a crime punishable by a minimum…
@OP Life isn't fair and the wealthy/well off will always find a way to game the system. Welcome to America and being an adult. Don't let someone else's shitty game mess up your groove. They can't game their way into a good personal statement or havi…
I’m going to assume you’re a depressant of a military member who’s got a VA rating and that’s how you rate CalVet. I’d take the CA school if it’s someplace like UC Berkeley or UCLA, which are easily transferable to other locations. UC Davis or somew…
They’re also known as a huge money pit that basically turns all your paperwork into PDF’s and charges you for the “privilege”, and meddles with your GPA to adapt it to a 4.3 scale for no good reason.
It doesn’t look like it because the registration deadline for September is before the score release for July. LSAC anticipated this being somewhat easy for us and put the cabash on it pretty quickly.
It depends how much money you’re ready to fork over to CAS for the “privilege” of having them put your transcripts into a spreadsheet and mess with your GPA.
Wow it’s like you were describing me, nine months ago. I went through the same thing. Getting past the “pick two” dilemma requires you to be VERY careful attention to language modifiers like some, any, all, etc, and you also need to make sure you’re…
I actually started using the Khan Academy program that LSAC offers to increase a few points as well, and I really like it. You need to break out of your current methods somehow and shake things up to get over your plateau. I thought that it’s be che…
I just listened to a webinar by a Harvard admissions rep who said that cancels don’t really matter unless you start adding them up and they get in to 3-4 range, and that people are expecting lots of cancels from the July test. Take the July- it’s th…
what other curriculum did you use? i thought abotu taking testmaster live course that begins in april, then I thought maybe i should really focus on every aspect of the 7sage CC and improve as much as I can, i even reached out to some of the tut…
I would not. The CA bar is notoriously difficult, and most local schools (I'm in SoCal) will gear their bar classes toward the exam. You're at a definite disadvantage out of the gate by not going to school here if you want to license here. There's a…
This may seem like blasphemy to some, but if the CC isn't working for you, please branch out to other well-reviewed methods. I put all my eggs in the 7Sage basket, it wasn't clicking for me but I LOVED and still love the community, and I found my st…

Just to follow up on why C is wrong -- JY's video does a really good explanation of showing two ways of drawing the analogy between the friends/restaurants and diseases/dinosaurs (I only show one). He also emphasizes just …
In somewhat in the same boat, but I’ve picked up the LSAT trainer and I click with it much more than 7Sage 🤷🏼‍♀️ I advise that you do branch out and find the method that works for you because you never know, and the definition of insanity is doing…

@cqas190517 I am also using the GI Bill, are you not using the Post 9-11? From what I understand, the Post 9-11 has no limit as long as you attend a public university, otherwise it caps out at around $21k per year. Did you use…
Location was key for me. I don’t care about T14, T20, etc, I have to be here in SoCal where I currently live, and I need a school within driving distance. Second to that is scholarship offers- I have the GI Bill but that caps at about $24k per year,…
But it really depends. If you're already practicing 170+, then the approach would differ widely from someone practicing 150+. For anyone who hasn't broken through to the 160's, I believe the main problem with core competency, so risking disagreem…
Hey there. I’m also delaying, but for family reasons. I’m branching out from the 7Sage material, since I also blew through nearly every prep test before 75. I’m going to retest in September and hopefully in the next 8 months I’ll master more of the …
Hm well I was assured by the asst dean of admissions that my ED app would be processed and completed by COB Friday that week (on the Monday prior). Friday came, no decision. Next week came, same dean said I’d have an answer by CON Friday of the week…
