@1305337211 pen/mechanic pencil is not allowed. If your laptop/computer already has a built-in camera that should work without needing a separate webcam. Check your gear through ProctorU beforehand!

I'm not sure whether it does in general. But as long as for a Flex test, you need to be on a laptop or a desktop! HP Stream thus should work.
