Take a break from taking PTs. Maybe a few days or a week. Maybe all you need to do is recharge. You shouldn't be digressing. If this happens it's usually the result of burnout
I use my day off for 2 things:
1) Drilling whatever it is that my BR revealed I am lacking in.
2) Relaxing - can't afford to burnout the week before the test.
