I wouldn't work until you get a good LSAT score. Study hard and hopefully you'll be done by March/June. Then youcan work a few months beforeyou do applications
You only have to complete the writing section once. The option to complete it becomes available after your first time taking the LSAT. At that point, youcan take it whenever you want. Just try to do it beforeyousubmit apps so there isn't a delay.
