It goes so well with 7Sage. I really like how it breaks up the flaw questiontypes. I've seen so much improvement since I read those 3 chapters in the trainer.
I think this is a great plan. You want to make sure that you drill/BR practice sets and have a deep fundamental of the course before touching any PTs. Also, the Trainer is great with flaw questiontypes and RC.
