Hey, this is my fault. It's from a batch of website improvements I pushed out last night. These website improvements normally can lead to formatting/color/layout issues for some students for a few hours.
@rachelle-1-1 something similar happened to me . I made a silly error. I had set up two separate accounts , one for the free trial and then another when I paid. and I kept on trying to access the paid account with the free trial username/password.
Anybody know how to solve this problem? I am not able to watch any video from 7Sage since May 4, and cannot find where I can change the flash settings in the Chrome settings.
As for those of us who have decided to change their test date and write it in September instead, have you already done this? I tried but it won't let me because registration for september 2014 hasn't opened yet.
The new update is welcomed. One thing though, could you please change the setting so it doesn't stop my music when I enter the 7sage app? Much appreciated!
