Applications to Ontario law schools need to be done via OLSAS, not LSAC.
As for LOR, I think you submit it to OLSAS and they send to the law schools you are applying to. Go to Harvard, Columbia, school-of-your-choice's law reviews, print out some of their articles, and do the Memory Method with them! This has helped me!
