@JX_Jenny Hey! I emailed LSAC and explained to them my situation. Since I wanted to use my coupon to reschedule for October, they did that for me pretty quickly! It only took them a day to respond and fix the issue. -

People who have had issues with flex in the past (ex: proctoring issues) have received a coupon for a later test date. Hopefully this will be a non-issue for you, but just wanted to relay that info in case it eases any anxiety! -
