If you have a score on file, you can submit your app. Then they will just hold your app pending the February score. This at least gets your foot in the door if you have a December score that wouldn't get you rejected outright. -

Well you can submit your app because you have a score already. But if I were you I would wait to get your December score so you can make a better first impression. An app with a 155/138 looks way better than a 138 app with a 155 update. -

Nope, you should be fine with a December score, and as @Pacifico mentioned, for many schools even a February score will work. Focus on scoring within your target range, score consistently within that range, then register to take the LSAT. -
