Try emailing instead of calling. Not sure if this will work but I wasn't hearing back about my accommodation request so I sent LSAC an email and the next day I was all set up.
On the top bar towards the middle there's a little clock/time icon, you can add a bit of extra time that way. Depending on your accommodation it might not be the exact right amount, but you can at least alter it a little
