Honestly I don’t think there’s such a thing as a “good” or “bad” untimed score. Untimed tests are just learning tools and they can help you figure out your weaknesses, but they really aren’t comparable to timed tests

Rule of thumb: Only take the test if you believe you can get a good score. What doesa good score mean? It means a score that you'll be satisfied with. No point taking a test you won't be prepared for, but also no need to delay if you are ready.
Another recommendation, watch the "Flaw Intensive" webinar under the Resources tab. Jimmy doesa great job of capturing the common flaws on the LSAT and uses examples as well.
I'm pretty sure admission committees take a good look at each applicant's transcript, lest they admit only those whose coursework consists mostly of easy or introductory classes. But in this case, I am inclined to think you worry too much.
