I hope W&L goes up. I think they had a really good year last year, almost beating UVA in bar passage rates, as well as a good increase in employment rates
What schools say they do or care about is not the same as what they actually do or care about. Hell look at Law School Transparency to see how different the reality of employment prospects is from what schools say it is.

Or should it only mirror what we include in our resume? I've held many jobs through undergrad and after graduating but some (ie. working as a bookseller in barnes and noble) may not be relevant to include?
This is a tough question. NOLA is a weird legal market and employment market generally. If you're happy to stay in LA (especially NOLA), sounds good. If not, you'd better be at the very, very top of the class to be able to get out of the area.
If you're done with your classes for this semester and you aren't taking classes over the summer, you might as well send the transcript now. As @Pacifico said, you can update them after your fall grades come in.
@abovewater7 @stepharizona Update: Sorry, I thought this would be pretty straight forward, but it's looking like this might not be doable. I'm trying to think of workarounds and will let you know if I figure something out!
@anthonycaramanica, the LSAT documents status icons on the LSAC website are green until the day they update your score information & they turn grey until they have finally uploaded all of the PDFs.
Just a little update. While I under-performed on my June LSAT, I did increase my score by 4 points which turned out to be enough. I was offered a scholarship at my 1st choice school that will cover a little over 65% of my tuition. Thanks again 7Sage!
