I'm scheduled for Tuesday and it's fine! The paper test accommodation is for Thursday :) https://www.lsac.org/lsat/lsat-dates-deadlines/october-2021-lsat
Their binding ED isn't even closed until Dec 1, priority Reg D is April 1, so you have plenty of time, according to their website:
https://www.suffolk.edu/law/admission/dates-deadlines
Per the LSAC website, September 28 via your LSAC account.
Dropping the link here for anyone else who may want to check deadlines for other administrations.
Former admissions officer here. If you plan on applying this fall to matriculate at a law school in August 2024, you can fill out the FAFSA starting in October 2023. Good luck!
If you can afford to wait until Nov, (as in deadlines), then do it then. No reason to subject yourself to the stress and trauma of Oct if you don't need to, right? BUT, if you don't like your score, you can always cancel it.
