Did you just get the higher score on the febLSAT? Use that to leverage your scholarship with the current school. If they don't budge, withdraw and reapply in the fall.

I plan on taking the DEC LSAT. However, if i'm not scoring in the 165+ range by the October 30th deadline to sign up for the test, then i'm going to sign up for the FEBLSAT instead. We can all still help each other regardless of test dates!
I'd say given your timeline you're better off doing Feb/June 2016 with October as an emergency fall back. No need to rush your prep if you have another year to apply and aren't where you need to be yet.
Depending on where you are in the country and if there's a certain school you are geared toward, a FEBLSAT for fall admission still might be workable; you will have to email the schools you have in mind.
