I was kind of wondering the same thing. I'm getting a b.s. in Biology and realistically, I'll end with 3.5-3.7 GPA at best (at the University of Minnesota) so I'm wondering how they might weigh that compared to say, an English degree with a 4.0GPA.
4.0 + 165 will probably get you into some Top 10s, but I don't know if you'l break into the Top 6. Those schools (YHS, CCN) tend to love traditional splitters and tend to seek out 170+ LSAT.

It will hurt but you have to move on. You have to show them that it is PAST. Try to end your addendum with a positive note such as "After xxx, I finished school with a 4.0/4.0GPA" or "I finished my last two semesters in college with straight A's."
