The LSAT is not scored using the same method as the SAT or ACT. You are never punished for guessing. When I notice I am low on time with unanswered question, I fill them in and then try to work on as many as I can before time is up.
@"Positively LSAT Street" - I notice that you have "Ultimate" and not "Ulitimate+". I have Ultimate+ and have access to everything but I am guessing that "Ultimate" doesn't have the Prep Tests prior to 36.
I'm not completely sure, but I'm hoping it will be announced by mid July. However, I'm guessing it will be flex because there are a lot of places overrun by covid and some cities (like mine lol) are still on lockdown.
