I am not a re-applicant so take my advice with a huge grain of salt. However, I would at the very minimum make significant edits to the personalstatement. I think it shows that you're serious about wanting to improve your application over last cycle.

I heard two AdComs advise against this somewhere. I am pretty sure it was the PersonalStatement episode from the "Navigating Law School Admissions" podcast. I would check it out.
