Thanks for the clarification. Hmmm.... The issue I see with that is that the proctors are by definition not expert as they are still all students in the course and haven't neccesarily validated their expertise with a high LSATscore.

A gap probably wouldn't just help you get a better LSATscore and get you into a better school, it will give you an additional year of maturity and experience that may make you do better in law school which will help you in the job market after.
