Depends, are you below the GPA median as well? If you're a splitter then I would say ask to consider previous score. If you are below both medians, then you're gonna need the higher LSAT anyway to be a strong candidate so might as well put it on hold.

@DivineRaze just curious if you don't mind answering how many failing grades (Fs) were on your transcript. I have a very averagegpa without LSAC grading and nervous how mine will translate.
Feeling very confident in 170+ after this exam. I thought it was very average to belowaverage difficulty. The only hard part for me was the fourth logic game.
