Don't start PTing until after you're completely finished with the CC, but after that, one PT per week is a pretty good pace. The PT per week helps you see where you are, what your weaknesses and strengths are, and how to improve for the next PT. -

It depends on what your goals and weaknesses are. Generally, one PT per week with a day or two of blind review and then a couple days drilling whatever weaknesses that PT revealed is a pretty good approach. -
