I believe the deadline was 11:59pm June 6th. You have to call/send an email for cancellation with your LSAC Account # to receive a voucher for your next exam (it will show up when you sign up for whichever exam). -

I agree with the above statement, suggesting not to wait until the last minute to submit transcripts. I think you should get an email and you'll see on the front page of your LSAC account. There will be a big section describing your accommodations but you should get an e-mail first.
