"foggy" is a relative term. Have you drilled enough of the LRquestiontypes, LG game types? Are you done with the 7Sage curriculum? I would probably take a full PT (preferably in the PT 50's so you can save the newer ones) just to gauge your process.

@nanchito Very thorough clean copy Blind Review and usually 1 day off to stave off burnout. You could also drill LGs and weakness LRquestiontypes in between BR and actual timed tests.
Finish the curriculum, but maybe only do 1-2 LR problem sets instead of all of them. Just get a feel for the LRquestiontypes, then revisit another set or two after a corresponding chapter in LSAT Trainer.
As Allison stated, start with the games. Once you've got those down, work on LRquestiontypes that you're not doing exceptionally well on. That should bring you up to the 155+ range. For RC, read passages. That's really the only way to practice.
The day before a PT, I'll do one or two random LGs, a single RC passage, and 5-10 LR questions drawn from the LRquestiontypes that I tend to have trouble with.
