I think you should apply. What do you have to lose? E-mail them and ask them for a feewaiver (I know a lot of people who did that) - then it should only cost $35 to apply.

On one of my appps when asked this I said yes and it gave me a description box so I described the 7sage course. You never know if the admissions officers have someone they know who needs help on the LSAT!
