Figure out a "warm up routine" to get you to the state of accuracy that you are in which enables you to hit the 170 during BR - it might mean some drills, it might mean reviewing old tests.
I was a Political Science major. I think it depends what state you want to work in. I know California requires a paralegal certification/class, but in DC i was able to get the job with just a BA.

When I do the sections in BR I can get -5 on them. So maybe you're right on the mental state issue! So when I go into an exam, should I try and do 20 and then, if I have time, go into the 5 "harder ones" (which I deem hard at the time)?
