another idea might be add to add a Law-Related WorkExperience section, or one titled Relevant Experience. That way, you can list it all; that said, it'll look a bit weird if you don't have at least 2 jobs under the Law-Related/Relevant heading
I think you should include it in your workexperience. As for the description, you know what you do better than any of the forum users. My only suggestion is to avoid trying to make it sound too fancy.
Yeah, of course man. They really want to see that you have workexperience, and they really do value that commitment, especially if you had an internship or school while you're working.

I'll be 24 if everything goes according to plan, but I certainly worry if thats too young and I should end up trying to get some more significant workexperience first. I think you are more than fine! (:
