it just is. i also personally have sabbath observant friends and they've confirmed their LSAT was different than the released preptest. The sabbath one is non-disclosed. Take my word for it.
Does LSAC give some kind of formal explanation for why some of their tests are non-disclosed? What you're saying conjecturally was my biggest fear going into today's test.
I think it's only worth it if you think you're going to be less exhausted at 3am than after work. Otherwise you might be draining your energy for useful, non-PT practice that could be done after work.
