Did you print from "fit" or "actual size"? Actual size more closely matches the font size, likely to make room for the description at the top that 7sage adds. -

I believe you can. When you get to the question bank page, on the left side of the question there should be a cart which you can use to select what you want. When you're done, on the bottom right you can view your selected questions. Hope this helps -
