Yes and if you're unsure you can always ask the proctor before the test starts if it's acceptable. Some proctors may differ slightly with what they're ok with. -

I remember trying to make an account on Proctor U early and there was no acceptable option of institution. If memory serves, I believe you will have to use a link LSAC emails you to create an account. -

The Flex is administered using Proctor U - the same website where you sign up for an exam slot. I made sure I had an account prior but LSAC sends you an email a few days before, as well as te day of with specific instructions!
