I remember trying to make an account on Proctor U early and there was no acceptable option of institution. If memory serves, I believe you will have to use a link LSAC emails you to create an account. -

lsac will create the proctor u account for you (with the email address that you use to log on to your lsac account). you don't need to create a new account. -

The Flex is administered using Proctor U - the same website where you sign up for an exam slot. I made sure I had an account prior but LSAC sends you an email a few days before, as well as te day of with specific instructions! -

On test day after you verify, you get queued for a proctor. Starting today... or I guess tomorrow for most people, you just get to schedule a time. -

I had that same issue mine said RAM 97% of 90%. I closed down the browser and logged in through the extension by clicking on the chrome extension. It has the Proctor U Owl. It worked fine after that. -
