Either one is fine since they all have the full curriculum. If you're just looking forLG then get the starter and splurge on an LG bundle from Cambridge or everylsat.
The experimental section does not have to be consistent across individual tests. So, if two people had exp LR they wouldn't necessarily have the same exp LR. The same goes forLG and RC.

Yep... Velocity is really good forLG... and Dave is a really nice person... helped me over the phone multiple times... but curriculum wise... and overall teaching package wise... this is the best course on the market. I would choose this over V.
I considered Velocity but can't speak too much about it without having taken the course. I took testmasters and wasn't crazy about. But 7sage is amazing forLG and LR. You may want to supplement the LSAT Trainer book for RC.
